L - Warranty
1. Every product sold by Artemis s.a.s. di Piscopo Cataldo & Care covered by the manufacturer's warranty and 24 months for lack of conformity, under Legislative Decree No 24/02. To use the warranty, you should keep your invoice (or DDT), which you receive with the purchased goods.
2. The manufacturer's warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect should not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and repair required from Authorized and transportation costs, if supported by Artemis s.a.s. di Piscopo Cataldo & C..
3. The warranty of 24 months under the Legislative Decree No 24/02 applies to the product with a lack of conformity, provided that the same is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as required in the technical documentation attached. That guarantee, in accordance with the Decree. N. 24/92, is reserved only for domestic (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activities, namely making the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference to VAT). In case of lack of conformity, Artemis s.a.s. di Piscopo Cataldo & C. without charge to the customer, shall restore compliance of the product through repair / replacement or the price cut until the termination of the contract. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, should not be a lack of conformity in accordance with Legislative Decree No 24/02, to the customer will be charged any costs of verification and repair required from Authorized and transportation costs if supported by Artemis s.a.s. di Piscopo Cataldo & C..
4. The replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: not running when you first turn), subject to the existence of the prerequisites for the implementation of Legislative Decree No 24/02, will be made only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or repair of any product depend exclusively from the manufacturer.
5. In the event that, for whatever reason Artemis s.a.s. di Piscopo Cataldo & C. was not able to replace a product warranty (restored or replaced), may proceed with the consent of the customer, the replacement of the product itself (if even a list) or more of the same features and value, or finally, the issue of a coupon for the same amount put on another product valid for 6 months from the time of issue.
6. No damage can be obtained by Artemis s.a.s. di Piscopo Cataldo & C. Any delays for the making of repairs or replacement of products under warranty.
7.In situations where the application of safeguards including the return of the product, the goods must be returned by Customer in the original, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and ancillary equipment: manual, cables, etc. ... ), To limit damage to the original package, it is recommended, when possible, to put it in a second box, should be avoided in all cases affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product. |
