N - Complaints
1. Any complaint must be addressed to Artemis s.a.s. di Piscopo Cataldo & C., Corso Dante Alighieri 6, 83040 Luogosano (AV).
O - Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
1. The sales contract between the customer and Artemis s.a.s. di Piscopo Cataldo & C. is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. To resolve criminal and civil disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction of the forum is the reference of his town of residence, in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is purely that of the Forum of Ariano Irpino (AV).
